KM540
The KM540 is a Stand-Alone PLC with 30 digital input ports, 32 digital output ports and 2 positioning axes (integrated positioning algorithms for stepless and stepped drives). The KM540 can also be used as a master module in a CAN-combination with the modules of the M6xx series. The connection of the KM540 to a PC for data transfer, program transfer or to a visualizing system happens through a RS232 interface. The basic system includes a 512kB EPROM for the operating system and a 521kB battery backed SRAM for data and program memory. Useable for memory expansions are 512kB SRAM and 512 kB FlashRom for program and data expansion.
